Description Before I bought my own crystal sound bowl, I visited several different sound bowl sessions to see and feel if it would suit me. Not every sound session was amazing, but the crystal sound bowls are next level. They can change your vibration in seconds. Depending on the material, frequency, note, and even the color, it can make a difference. I bought my own crystal sound bowl two years ago when I felt the need to heal my heart after experiencing so many losses. I found Cosmic Sound Bowl on Instagram. All sound bowls are handmade, and they are really helpful in explaining what suits you best at this time for your needs. My sound bowl is called ‘Ocean’. The color turquoise stands for balance, peace, and spiritual growth. In terms of sound and vibration, the power of an E tone can be quite profound. The resonance can vary on the body, mind, and spirit. It can promote feelings of love, compassion, and harmony. When I use my ‘Ocean’ sound bowl combined with meditation (or on its own), it helps me balance energy and promotes relaxation. Sometimes it brings tears of joy, or I release everything that’s not suitable for me anymore. It is also lovely to combine it with burning sage (click on the related content button below). I don’t always use ‘Ocean’ by myself anymore. MUNISA ELEPHANTI loves to share. I have even hosted several Zoom meetings with it. Of course, the feeling of the vibrations can't reach through the screen, but even then, it can give you comfort and love. The power of the feeling in a room while working together is amazing. People side by side with the same intention is powerful. When I add a sound bowl like ‘Ocean’, the energy transcends. MUNISA ELEPHANTI promises to fill the room with love and relaxation. Then put Calma Restaurant at the Marina Botafoch in Ibiza on your wish list. Description MUNISA ELEPHANTI loves to go out for a dinner. Especially with an amazing view and lovely staff. Calma Restaurant in Marina Ibiza is one of our favorites restaurants we must visit when we’re in Ibiza. When you enter Marina Botafoch, Calma is on the end. You walk by beautiful boutiques such as Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Loewe. There are wonderful yachts to look at but to most beautiful of all is the view on Dalt Villa (Ibiza old town). When the sun sets behind the mountain, it is happiness at instant. MUNISA ELEPHANTI advises you to make a reservation. Depending on the season they have two shifts for dinner. Of course you can also have lunch! We would start with a “copa de cava” at the right side of the restaurant. Relax in one of their lounge sets. Enjoy the view, music, people, boats, ferries, yachts even a couple of ducks are there to entertain you! The restaurant itself has two view options. The first as mentioned before Dalt Vila and the other side is the Lio venue with live entertainment. You can’t see a lot of the entertainment itself, but you can have a sense of the vibe that is going on there. The menu is full of Mediterranean dishes. At the entrance a staff member prepares delicious Jamón Iberico straight cut from the leg. Our favorite fish is the Gallo de San Pedro. It’s a single caught fish so you need to ask if they have any. Always fresh and cleaned at your table. Served with potatoes and vegetables. An absolute best dish ever! When you visit Ibiza visit Calma Restaurant and let MUNISA ELEPHANTI know how your experience was! Enjoy your meal! Happy NEW MOON! Description I absolutely love this period, dressing up with family and friends, painting your face, and of course, the music. Carnival (also known as “Vastelaovend”) is originally a Catholic folk festival and feast. "Carnival-like" celebrations were already held by the Romans, Egyptians, and Germans, similar to what we know today. The festival precedes the 40-day fasting period leading up to Easter. Music is an integral part of any folk celebration. It varies by region, but one of my favorite radio stations during this time is Radio Nonnevot. They play very local songs from Sittard, Limburg, so not everyone may understand the lyrics, but perhaps you can still enjoy the rhythm. Description Ingredients 500ml Greek yogurt ½ cucumber 2 cloves of garlic Fresh chives Olive oil Ground black pepper Pinch of salt Let your yogurt drain in a damp cloth. Minimum of two hours, the longer you let the yogurt drain, the thicker the tzatziki will become. You can do this the evening before as well. Peel the cucumber and remove the seeds with a spoon. Grate the cucumber and sprinkle with salt. Just like the yogurt, let it drain for at least two hours (or the evening before). Mix the yogurt and cucumber together. Add the garlic using a garlic press. Add ground pepper and chop fresh chives to taste. Stir well, and finally, add a splash of olive oil to make the yogurt smooth. We love tzatziki! Description The first step is already taken! You clicked on this NEW MOON item, and you're at least curious. Maybe you're not convinced yet, and that's okay. No judgment here. It can certainly provide you with insight. Enjoy! Lie on your back, hands on your belly, and feel your breath. Experience the breath. No conclusions. Breathe calmly. In and out. Place your arms beside your body. Breathe calmly. Now, focus on the pressure point at the back of your head against the surface. Move the pressure point by slowly rolling your head from left to right. Breathe calmly and repeat this (you decide how many times). Bring your focus back to your breathing. Has your breathing changed?! Feel the air flow. In through your nose and out through your mouth. Direct your attention back to the pressure point at the back of your head. While continuing to roll slowly from left to right (round off slowly). Place your arms back on your belly and feel your hands rise with your breath. Breathe calmly in and out. Open your eyes. Move slowly with your fingers and toes. Stretch your legs by pushing your heels away. Stretch your arms by lifting them slightly. Pull your knees up, grab them, and rock them gently from left to right. Loosen your lower back by turning your knees and feet in the opposite direction of your upper body. You are now completely clear and refreshed. Ready for the rest of the day. Congratulations! You've just done a meditative relaxation exercise. Super proud of you. The more you repeat this, the easier it will become. It's okay as it went. No judgment, and it will eventually become natural. It truly is one of my favorite flavors. Description Prepare a baking sheet/oven dish with parchment paper, a sieve, a soup pot, and an immersion blender/blender. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius. Cut off the top of the garlic bulb. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the garlic bulb in the middle of the parchment paper. Put the dish in the center of the oven and roast the garlic for 40 minutes until tender. Remove the garlic bulb from the oven and let it cool slightly. Hold the garlic bulb at the bottom and squeeze the garlic out of the peel with your thumb. Chop the onion. Heat the butter in a soup pot and sauté the onion. Then add the bay leaf and clove for about ten minutes over low heat. Add the garlic and flour and cook for 1 minute. Add the cream and beef broth. Bring it to a boil. Reduce the heat and let the soup simmer gently with the lid slightly tilted for 30 minutes. When you place a wooden spoon on the edge of the pan, it won't boil over. Remove the bay leaf and clove. Puree the soup with an immersion blender. Strain the soup through the sieve. Season with pepper and salt if necessary. Click on the related content button if you like to see another one of my favourite recipes! Serve the soup however you'd like. Anything goes; it's your party! Related content Previous Next Sahumo Ibiza Sage | MUNISA ELEPHANTI < Back Sahumo Ibiza Sage Date added: 14 Oct 2023 Duration: 1 - 15 min Category: Body & Soul Facebook X (Twitter) WhatsApp LinkedIn Pinterest Link kopiëren Introduction The sage I'm currently loving is from Sahumo Ibiza. Description It is crafted by twin sisters Analía and Susana, who operate from a small workshop in San Miguel, Ibiza. They handle everything themselves, from growing the plants to harvesting and collecting, all while maintaining respect for the environment. I encountered them at the Hippie Market in Las Dalias, but you can also purchase their products online. I adore the box of three Sahunitos Cleansers. The first is sage, which cleanses the environment and dispels negative energy. The second is rosemary, known for luck and protection; it clears the mind and boosts confidence. Last but not least, lavender, which attracts love, calms the mind, and improves sleep. A bay leaf is added for abundance, brightness, openness, and as a protector of spaces, objects, and people, combined with seasonal flowers. It's always a delight to begin your practice with these three!! There are various perspectives on how to cleanse a room. For me, the intention is the key to success. • Take a moment to hold the sage, rosemary, or lavender and feel what you need. Sense what serves you in letting go and attracting what you desire. • Then, open a window or door to allow the energy to flow through the space you wish to cleanse. • Light it with a candle and let it be. • Don't forget to cleanse yourself afterward. You can turn it into a ritual for daily, weekly, or monthly practice. You can align it with the new moon, full moon, or anything that guides you. I'd love to hear about your favorite cleansers, so let me know, or have you tried these from Sahumo?! Click on the related content button below to get you sage!
