Sound Bowls and Their Healing Powers

Before I bought my own crystal sound bowl, I visited several different sound bowl sessions to see and feel if it would suit me. Not every sound session was amazing, but the crystal sound bowls are next level. They can change your vibration in seconds. Depending on the material, frequency, note, and even the color, it can make a difference.

My sound bowl is called ‘Ocean’. The color turquoise stands for balance, peace, and spiritual growth. In terms of sound and vibration, the power of an E tone can be quite profound. The resonance can vary on the body, mind, and spirit. It can promote feelings of love, compassion, and harmony. When I use my ‘Ocean’ sound bowl combined with meditation (or on its own), it helps me balance energy and promotes relaxation.
